ARTICLE II
Constitutional and Civil Rights
The BAIU exercises rights protected by the Constitution of the United States and other applicable laws, including the rights to:

Peaceful and Lawful Advocacy
The Black American International Union is committed to peaceful civic engagement and lawful advocacy.
The organization does not encourage or authorize:
- Violence
- Criminal activity
- Terrorism
- Harassment
- Threats
- Intimidation
- Property destruction
- Vigilantism
- Illegal discrimination
- Retaliation against individuals exercising lawful rights
Members are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
ARTICLE IX
Respect for Civil Rights
The BAIU advocates for the advancement and protection of Black Americans while recognizing that all individuals possess legal rights under applicable law.
The organization opposes unlawful discrimination, unlawful harassment, and unlawful violence.
Nothing contained in our publications should be interpreted as encouraging violations of civil rights laws.

Historical discussions may include topics involving:

Membership
Membership within the Black American International Union is voluntary.
